I can't log in to my account

If you're stuck at the login screen, work through these steps in order — most login problems are solved by the first two.

1. Reset your password

If you see a "Wrong username or password" error, click Forgot your password? on the login screen. You'll get an email with a link to set a new password. If you don't receive the password reset email, check your spam folder and make sure you've typed your email address correctly.

2. Did you sign up with Google?

If you created your account using Sign in with Google (or Facebook, Microsoft, or Apple), your account has no password — trying to enter one won't work. Use the same button you used to sign up.

3. You might be waiting for email verification

If you just signed up, you won't be able to access all features until you verify your email address. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a verification link and click it.

4. Check your browser cookies

If the login button doesn't respond or keeps sending you back to the login screen, browser cookies might be the problem:

  • Try logging in from an incognito/private window.
  • Clear Wibigo cookies from your browser settings and try again.
  • If you have a cookie-blocking extension, turn it off for Wibigo.
