Appointments not showing in Google Calendar

If your Wibigo appointments aren't showing up in Google Calendar, work through these checks in order.

1. Is your connection still active?

Open Appointments in the control panel and go to the Calendar tab. On the left in My Calendars, you should see your connected Google account. If you see a warning saying "Google Calendar connection lost — reconnect," your connection has dropped; click the warning and reconnect your account. Password changes or Google security alerts can cause disconnections.

2. Do you have the right Google calendar selected?

Each Wibigo calendar writes its appointments to a Google calendar you choose. Open your calendar settings and check the Google Calendar field to make sure you've selected the calendar you expect (like "Primary"). If appointments are going to a different calendar, make sure that calendar is visible in Google Calendar too.

3. Refresh the connection

If everything looks right, refreshing the connection usually fixes things: reconnect your Google account through Connect Calendar. Your existing appointments won't be lost.

4. Wait for sync

New appointments usually sync to Google Calendar within a few minutes. During busy times, this can take a bit longer — wait a couple of minutes and refresh Google Calendar.

note

Sync works both ways, but events from Google appear read-only in Wibigo: busy times are blocked, and edits happen in Google Calendar.
