Turn an appointment into an invoice with one click
Appointment done, time to collect. You don't need to fill the invoice form from scratch: when you create an invoice from an appointment, customer info and service price come pre-filled — you just review and send.
The fastest way: Tell Wictor
- Click the search bar at the top of your panel (Wictor).
- Type "invoice the appointment" and select Invoice the appointment action.
- Wictor grabs your last appointment and opens the invoice creation form in the Invoicing tab with customer and service details pre-filled.
- Check the amount and line items, add anything else if needed, and send the invoice.
From the customer card
- From My Business > Customers, open the relevant customer.
- In the Appointments tab, see the completed appointment; in the Invoices tab, start a new invoice for the same customer.
- When you add the service as a line item, the price pulls from your service record.
What auto-fills?
- Customer — the name and contact details of the person who booked.
- Line item — the appointment's service with the price from your service record.
Nothing is final until you send the invoice; you can freely edit the amount, tax, and description before sending.
tip
Make this a habit: turn completed appointments into invoices at the end of each day, and your payment tracking never gets backlogged.
note
If the invoice email doesn't reach the customer, see the troubleshooting article for common checks.
