Manage your orders

Every order placed from your site lands in your panel. You view orders in a list, update their status, and see all details — everything in one place.

Steps

  1. In the panel, from the left menu under My Business, click the Orders tab.
  2. Use the tabs at the top to filter the list: All, Pending, Paid, Shipped, Cancelled, Refunded.
  3. Click an order to open its details. The details show customer info, Shipping address, order items, subtotal, tax, shipping, and grand total.
  4. From the Status field in the details, update the order status — for example, mark it Shipped after handing it to the courier.
  5. Use the search box to find orders by email, name, or order number.

The summary cards at the top show your total orders, pending, paid, and paid revenue at a glance.

What do order statuses mean?

  • Pending — order received, payment not yet complete.
  • Paid — payment went through; your turn to prepare and ship.
  • Shipped — you handed it to the courier and updated the status.
  • Cancelled / Refunded — order was cancelled or refund was issued.

Where do order notifications come from?

When a new order arrives, you get an alert in the Notifications bell in the top right of the panel; you also get an email at your registered business email. To never miss orders, make sure your business email is up to date.

If your sales setup is Shopify, payment and order tracking happen in your Shopify panel; only orders placed through Wibigo appear here.
