Import your customer list

If your customer list is already in an Excel/CSV file or in Facebook ad forms, you don't have to type them in one by one — use the Import flow to bulk-move them.

Steps

  1. In the panel, open My Business > Customers.
  2. Click the Import button. The Import contacts window opens.
  3. Choose your source:
    • Upload CSV — bulk add or update contacts using a CSV template.
    • Facebook Lead Ads — imports leads from your connected Facebook page's Lead Ads forms.

Import from CSV

  1. Download the template and fill in columns like first name, last name, phone, and email from your list.
  2. Upload the file. Check that the columns match the right fields; correct any mismatches.
  3. Start the import. Contacts are added to your Customers list.

Import from Facebook Lead Ads

  1. If your Facebook page isn't connected yet, complete the connection step — logging in with your Facebook account and granting permission is all you need.
  2. Select the leads you want to import and start the import. New leads from the form will also land in your list.

Duplicate records

If a contact with the same email or phone is already in your list, the import updates the existing record instead of creating a duplicate. Still, after importing, it's good to scan the list quickly and merge any contacts that look like duplicates.

note

The CSV file's first row must be column headers; files without headers won't match fields correctly.

tip

You can send a welcome email to imported contacts right away to start the conversation.
