Import your customer list
If your customer list is already in an Excel/CSV file or in Facebook ad forms, you don't have to type them in one by one — use the Import flow to bulk-move them.
Steps
- In the panel, open My Business > Customers.
- Click the Import button. The Import contacts window opens.
- Choose your source:
- Upload CSV — bulk add or update contacts using a CSV template.
- Facebook Lead Ads — imports leads from your connected Facebook page's Lead Ads forms.
Import from CSV
- Download the template and fill in columns like first name, last name, phone, and email from your list.
- Upload the file. Check that the columns match the right fields; correct any mismatches.
- Start the import. Contacts are added to your Customers list.
Import from Facebook Lead Ads
- If your Facebook page isn't connected yet, complete the connection step — logging in with your Facebook account and granting permission is all you need.
- Select the leads you want to import and start the import. New leads from the form will also land in your list.
Duplicate records
If a contact with the same email or phone is already in your list, the import updates the existing record instead of creating a duplicate. Still, after importing, it's good to scan the list quickly and merge any contacts that look like duplicates.
note
The CSV file's first row must be column headers; files without headers won't match fields correctly.
tip
You can send a welcome email to imported contacts right away to start the conversation.
