Import your products from Etsy, Shopify, or Facebook
If your products already exist on another platform, you don't have to re-enter them one by one. The Import flow moves your products to your Wibigo catalog along with images, prices, and stock.
Steps
- In the panel, open My Business > Products.
- Click the Import button. The Import Products window opens.
- Choose your source:
- Etsy — imports your active listings with images, SKU, stock, and tags.
- Shopify — imports active products with variants, images, SKU, and stock.
- Facebook & Instagram — brings in products from your Meta Commerce catalog.
- Upload CSV — bulk add or update products using a CSV template.
- If you chose Etsy, Shopify, or Facebook, log in with your account and grant access to your products. One connection is all you need.
- Select the products you want to import and start the import. If you chose CSV, download the template first, fill it in, and upload the file.
- Once the import finishes, your products appear in your Products list.
Checklist after import
- Check prices and currency.
- Open images; make sure the cover photo is right.
- Review descriptions to match your site's language.
- For products where you want inventory tracking, verify stock quantities.
- Move products you don't want visible to Draft status.
note
Some sources show a Coming soon label — that channel isn't open in your account yet. In that case, you can use the CSV option instead.
tip
If you imported from Shopify, you can keep selling with Shopify checkout — check out the article comparing the two sales options.
