Connect your Google Business Profile
Your Google Business Profile (your business listing on Google Maps) is one of the places customers see you most. When you connect it to Wibigo, you track Google reviews from the panel and reply with AI-drafted responses in one click.
Steps
- Open the Google Business tab in the Marketing group in the control panel.
- Click Connect to Google Business.
- In the Google window that opens, sign in with the Google account that owns the business profile and approve the permissions.
- If you have more than one business in your account, in the Select / Manage location step, pick the location that belongs to your Wibigo site.
- When the connection is done, your Google reviews appear in the Reviews tab.
What the connection gives you
- Review management: New Google reviews land in your panel; each one comes with a ready-made AI response draft. Edit the draft and click Approve & Send to publish it — no need to log into Google separately.
- Posts and photos: You can share posts on your Google profile and upload photos — all from Wibigo.
- Service transfer: Move your services from Google into your Wibigo catalog in one tap.

To connect, your business needs a verified Google Business Profile, and the account you're logged in with must have admin permission on that profile. If you don't have one yet, create it free on Google first.
tip
Replying to reviews regularly also boosts your visibility on Google. If you also turn on automatic review collection, happy customers will leave even more reviews.
