Set up appointment reminders

When appointment reminders are on, Wibigo sends automatic reminder emails on your behalf to customers with upcoming appointments.

Steps

  1. In the control panel, go to Messages and open the Automations view.
  2. Turn on the Automatic Reminders card.
  3. In the When should it be sent? section, choose the timing: 1 hour before, 2 hours before, 1 day before, or 2 days before.
  4. In the Which channel? section, select the sending channel. Right now reminders are sent by email; WhatsApp sending is coming soon.
  5. Use Send me a sample to check how the message looks in your own email.
note

Reminders are only sent for confirmed appointments and are sent only once per appointment.
