Send a welcome email to new customers

Sending a warm welcome message to newly signed-up people is the easiest way to make a great first impression. Wibigo provides a ready-made template — you just personalize and send.

Steps

  1. In the control panel, go to Contacts.
  2. Click Send welcome email.
  3. In the Audience section, choose who to send to — for new additions, New this week is ready; you can also pick All or Leads.
  4. In the Compose tab, edit the template. The subject line comes as "Welcome, {{first_name}}!"; change the message to fit your business. Add placeholders from Insert: — each recipient sees their own name.
  5. In the Preview tab, check how the email looks for a sample person.
  6. Click Send. On the results screen, you'll see how many people it reached.
tip

Add your business name, working hours and one or two commonly asked questions to the welcome email — it can answer first questions too.

note

The email only goes to people you selected who have an email on file; if someone has no email, they'll be listed as "no email" after sending.
