Connect WhatsApp and Instagram
When you connect Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp to Wibigo, incoming DMs go straight to your Inbox in the control panel, and your profiles appear on your site. That way you can chat with customers all from one screen.
Steps
- In the control panel, open My Website and find the Social Profiles & Messaging card.
- On the card, you'll see the status for each channel: Connected or Not connected.
- For Instagram or Facebook, click Connect and log in with your business account in the popup. When the connection is done, the channel will show DMs in panel.
- For WhatsApp, click Connect — it takes you to the Settings → Connected Accounts section for WhatsApp Business; you'll complete the connection with your Meta Business account (you'll need a verified WhatsApp Business number).
- For other profiles like X, TikTok, or LinkedIn, use Add link to paste the profile URL — these will show on your site.
Messages from the channels you connect now land in your Inbox under Messages, and you can reply from there.
note
Instagram DM connection needs a WhatsApp Business account. Personal accounts don't support DM forwarding — you can switch your account to a business account from Instagram settings.
tip
If you want to change the connection later, use the Manage option on the same card.
