Collect Google reviews automatically

Getting consistent Google reviews from happy customers is one of the most powerful ways to attract new customers. When Review Collection is on, Wibigo sends a polite review request on your behalf to customers after their visit.

Steps

1. In the control panel, go to Messages and open the Automations view.
2. Find the Review Collection card and turn it on.
3. In the Your Google review link field, paste the "write a review" link from your Google business profile. The link must start with http:// or https://.
4. In the When should it be asked? section, choose the timing: Same day, 1 day later, or 3 days later.
5. Use Send me a sample to check how the message looks in your own email.

One-time bulk review request

You don't have to wait for automation — you can ask your existing customers for reviews right now. In the panel, write "send review email" to Wictor — a ready-made review request template opens, you select the recipients and send.

The best timing is usually 1 day later — the experience is still fresh but the customer is past the busy moment.
