Meet Wictor — your AI assistant
Wictor is the search and command box in the top toolbar of your Control Panel. Instead of navigating through menus, you type what you want — Wictor takes you to the right place or answers your question.
What can it do?
Opens the right screen. Type "create invoice" and Wictor suggests Create invoice; type "add appointment" and it suggests New appointment. Pages, customers, products — all searchable from one box.
Answers questions about your business data. It responds with your own data, for example:
- "How much did I earn this month?"
- "How many appointments do I have this week?"
- "How many people visited my site?"
- "Show unpaid invoices"
Suggests one-click actions. Based on what you type, a Suggested action card appears; click Run to launch the related task right away. You can also access Quick actions — invoice, appointment, or social media post — with a single tap.
Your data is safe
Wictor never changes your data without your approval. It only reads your data when answering questions; for actions like creating an invoice or adding an appointment, Wictor takes you to the relevant screen — you always make the final decision and save.
Not sure what to type? Just click the box — you'll see ready-made suggestions like "Create invoice…" or "How many appointments this week?"
Wictor's answers are estimates based on your business data; for official reports, refer to the records in the relevant panel (e.g., Invoicing).
