Manage multiple sites in one account
With a single Wibigo account, you can manage multiple websites — for example, two separate businesses or a business and a personal site. They all come together on the Workspace screen.
Steps
- Open Workspace. In the My Websites tab, all your sites are listed as cards; each card shows the site status (Published or Draft).
- To work with a site, click Open on its card. That site becomes your active site and you enter the Control Panel.
- To create a new site, click Create website. On the How do you want to start? screen, pick one of two paths: Start from a template or Start with AI.
- To keep a frequently used site at the top, use Add to favorites.
- To remove a site you no longer need, select Delete and confirm.
What does active site change?
The Control Panel always shows data for one site at a time: customers, invoices, appointments, orders, and insights all belong to the site you selected. To view data from another site, you first need to open that site from Workspace.

Deleting is permanent — the site and all its content are deleted forever. If you're unsure, consider taking the site offline instead.

You can also track your domains in the Domains tab on the same screen.
