View invoice and transaction history
You can see all your payments to Wibigo — both plan payments and credit purchases — in one place and download your receipts.
Steps
- Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar in your control panel.
- Click Credit Panel — under the Credits & Usage screen, the Transaction History section lists your credit purchases and spending in date order.
- For plan payments and receipts, open Settings > Billing.
- In your Invoices list, see your past payments; click View next to a payment to open and download your receipt.
note
Receipts are issued by the payment provider who processed your payment; tax information comes from the details you entered when you paid. If you spot an error on a receipt, just write to our support team.
tip
Can't find a payment? Type "show my recent payments" to Wictor in your panel — it'll take you to the right screen.
