Update your profile and password

Your account profile stores your personal login details (name, email, phone, password). Changes here apply to all your sites.

Steps​

  1. Open Settings in your control panel and go to Profile in the left menu.
  2. Update your First Name and Last Name fields and save.
  3. Next to your Email address field, click Send verification link to verify your email — just click the link in your inbox.
  4. Enter your phone number, click Send verification code, type the 6-digit code you get by SMS, and click Verify.

Change your password​

  1. Go to the password section on your Profile page.
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Fill in the New password and Confirm password fields (at least 6 characters).
  4. Click Change Password.

Your account profile and business profile are different things: your account profile is your login information; details like the business name and address that appear on your site and invoices are managed in Settings > Business Details.
